Chamber music is an intimate musical art form that grounds the listener and soothes the soul. It requires sublime collaboration and cohesion between artists, each of whom plays a key role in the interpretation and performance. The Festival gathers these individuals into a greater whole, as emerging talents in classical music take the stage alongside well-established musicians to bring this singular musical style to life.
Stay tuned — The Festival will return in June 2026!
Musical intimacy on a large scale
The Montréal Chamber Music Festival, founded in 1995 by Denis Brott, will soon celebrate 30 years of pursuing its mission to deliver an intimate musical experience that unites audiences and artists. The Festival has built its reputation on excellent performers who are authentically, fully engaged. Now considered a classical music touchstone in North America, the Festival offers a constantly evolving program featuring a whole spectrum of sensory experiences created by the harmony of instruments.
