Skillfully blending historical drama and heist film, this latest tour de force from Belgian filmmaker Michaël R. Roskam (Bullhead) is a remarkably effective suspense film, crowned by an impressive cast that includes Arieh Worthalter and Mélanie Thierry, among others.
