Community Cooking Workshops with La Tablée des Chefs
A big hit year after year, La Tablée des Chefs is back with a culinary workshop that pays it forward. Take part in a magical pea and barley soup workshop in which you’ll prepare ready-to-cook bags with all the ingredients. The bags will then be distributed to four local organizations. Each participating family will get to keep a bag, so they can also enjoy the recipe at home. To date, La Tablée des Chefs has distributed 21 million cooked meals to community organizations and introduced 79,000 young people to cooking and healthy eating habits.
Introduction to Clowning Workshops
By recognizing the value of spontaneity, embracing mistakes as a driving force for play, and fostering self-esteem, this workshop offers a quick and joyful immersion into clowning. Participants explore deliberate clumsiness, amped-up emotions, improbable situations, and the interplay of glances. The facilitators carefully guide the intergenerational audience (children, teens, parents and grandparents) as they exercise their creative expression, physical engagement, and openness to others. Through a partnership with Qu’en Dit Raton?
