Recipient of numerous awards, cellist Dominique Beauséjour-Ostiguy has been ranked by the CBC as one of 2018’s 30 best young promising musicians in Canada. Soloist, chamber musician and composer, he is a member of Trio de l’île, the Andora Quatuor, the BOA Experience Duo and the Hochelaga Trio. Jean-Michel Dubé is a pianist, concertist, and laureate of several prestigious competitions. Strong advocate of André Mathieu’s music, he is the “resident artist” of the Drummondville Symphonic Orchestra in 2021-2022. The duo will perform works from three Quebec composers, including a piece composed by Dominique Beauséjour-Ostiguy for the occasion.
