Moonshine is a concert of contemporary works by Quebecois composers finely crafted and performed by soprano Virginie Mongeau and guitarist Jean-François Haché.
This duet has been working together since 2017 and their collaboration is exclusively dedicated to the performance of contemporary Quebecois music. For this concert, these artists will present the premiere of Moonshine 1792, a work by composer Michelle Boudreau. They will also perform works by Bruce Mather as well as pieces by Claude Vivier and Jose Evangelista for which the arrangements for voice and guitare are unreleased.
