The concert will begin with Albinoni's Adagio, followed by a selection of Handel arias featuring soprano Dominique Labelle, Lascia ch'io pianga from the opera Rinaldo, and O stringerò nel sen from the opera Teseo, among others. The themes of these baroque arias are centered on boldness, courage, intrepidity and daring. The program will be completed with the majestic Gloria in D Major by Vivaldi.
