A brand-new festival celebrating Southeast Asian culture as part of Asian Heritage Month. The Festival Champa focuses on Cambodia for its inaugural edition, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the genocide that led to the mass arrival of Cambodian refugees in Quebec. The Festival unfolds in various forms at Place des Arts, featuring exhibitions, tastings of traditional food and drinks, talks, roundtable discussions, and performances—including a tribute to the millions of victims of the Khmer Rouge genocide.
