Getting to the Amphithéâtre
Arrive early and plan your transportation in advance!
It is recommended to arrive 45 minutes before the start of your show. Please note that traffic around the Amphithéâtre and parking lot can sometimes be heavier than usual.
The site gates open 2 hours before the start of the show.

Departure from the corner of De Bleury Street and De la Gauchetière Street, near the Hôtel Monville
Stop on Trianon Street, south of Sherbrooke Street (near the Radisson metro station)

During Festival de Lanaudière concerts only, you can bring your own picnic and enjoy it in the Pelouse section.

- Empty, non-glass water bottle. Water fountains are available on site to fill it up!
However, some of these items may not be permitted at certain shows. For more details, ticket holders can refer to the event page or to the email that will be sent to them a few days before the concert.

- Weapons: pocket knives, knives, blades or any other sharp weapons; blunt objects; objects considered dangerous or risky.
- Aerosol, capsicum: pepper spray or similar substances.

No, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the Amphithéâtre, except for guide dogs.

Tickets printed by the Place des Arts box office will be accepted. You cannot print your own tickets at home.

You must arrive at the Amphithéâtre entrance 45 minutes before your show starts. This will ensure that everyone can be seated safely before the performance begins.
Note that traffic around the Amphithéâtre can sometimes be heavier than usual. Please plan your trip accordingly.

The concerts are never cancelled because of rain. In the event of a severe storm, our staff will take the necessary steps to ensure your safety.
The Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay has several seats under its roof that are sheltered from the elements. If you have Pelouse (lawn) tickets, it may be possible to upgrade them for tickets under the roof (at an additional cost, and depending on seat availability. A service charge may be applied).

It is possible to consume beverages under the roof of the Amphithéâtre, but not food.

It depends on the show. If allowed, please note that food may only be consumed on the lawn.

No, there is no coat check on site.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted under the Amphithéâtre roof, nor are they allowed on the lawn.
However, there are two designated smoking areas on the site:
Near the main entrance
Near the washroom facilities to the left of the stage (when facing it)

Yes. However, if you do leave your seat during the performance, you will be redirected to the nearest available seat at an appropriate time—as is the protocol for latecomers.

Yes, washrooms are located near the box office at the main entrance, as well as on either side of the stage.
Accessibility
Show tickets and parking spots are reserved for people with reduced mobility. Advance reservations are required. To purchase tickets, please contact the box office at 450 759-4343 or 1 800 561-4343 (toll-free).
