Arrive early and plan your transportation in advance!
It is recommended to arrive 45 minutes before the start of your show. Please note that traffic around the Amphithéâtre and parking lot can sometimes be heavier than usual.
The site gates open 2 hours before the start of the show.

- Empty, non-glass water bottle. Water fountains are available on site to fill it up!
However, some of these items may not be permitted at certain shows. For more details, ticket holders can refer to the event page or to the email that will be sent to them a few days before the concert.

No, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the Amphithéâtre, except for guide dogs.

Tickets printed by the Place des Arts box office will be accepted. You cannot print your own tickets at home.

The concerts are never cancelled because of rain. In the event of a severe storm, our staff will take the necessary steps to ensure your safety.
The Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay has several seats under its roof that are sheltered from the elements. If you have Pelouse (lawn) tickets, it may be possible to upgrade them for tickets under the roof (at an additional cost, and depending on seat availability. A service charge may be applied).

It is possible to consume beverages under the roof of the Amphithéâtre, but not food.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted under the Amphithéâtre roof, nor are they allowed on the lawn.
However, there are two designated smoking areas on the site:
Near the main entrance
Near the washroom facilities to the left of the stage (when facing it)

Yes. However, if you do leave your seat during the performance, you will be redirected to the nearest available seat at an appropriate time—as is the protocol for latecomers.

Accessibility
