Closing Concert: Nézet-Séguin and Grimaud

Mendelssohn and Schumann: two brilliant stars whose careers ran parallel, each in his own way a bridge between Beethoven and the apotheosis of German Romanticism, between proportioned Classical form and the sweeping art of Wagner.
