This is a long-awaited meeting at the top between the OSM, its former Principal Guest Conductor Jacques Lacombe, and audiences at Lanaudière. Here is a concert on the themes of freedom, of destiny’s tragic force, and of the world’s – and our own – ceaseless transformation. And though it occurred in 2020, it is never too late to celebrate Beethoven’s 250th anniversary! Welcome to the Lanaudière Festival kick-off!
